“We were recommended Firle B. through Different Strokes, Southampton.
Rich has aphasia and dyspraxia and has very limited speech. Speech was frustrating as well as sometimes impossible. Firle worked with us for 6 weeks to help with our communication. Firle taught us speech is not the only way to communicate.
Firle was absolutely fantastic, empathetic and so understanding with our journey showing us how to adapt our communication.”

“We have been working with Firle since my wife was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Aphasia and she has made a world of difference. Not only is she helping my wife but also me to understand the language issues and she has provided us with a toolbox to work with which most definitely helps.
Friends have also been shown how to help and they all have noticed a change in my wife for the better.
Thank you Firle and if I could give more than 5 stars I would do. Firle is friendly, knowledgeable and provides excellent assurance and assistance. She is highly recommended by us.”
